• Salvo Coins ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ในสถานการณ์ปกติ การซื้อเหรียญดิจิทัลทั้งหมดถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดเมื่อทำรายการเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว
• การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการได้เฉพาะกรณีที่เกิดข้อผิดพลาดจากระบบหรือการชำระเงินที่ได้รับการยืนยันแล้วเท่านั้น (เช่น ถูกเรียกเก็บเงินซ้ำ, ทำรายการไม่สำเร็จแต่ถูกหักเงิน, หรือได้รับจำนวนเหรียญไม่ถูกต้อง)
• คำขอคืนเงินจะต้องส่งโดยเจ้าของบัญชีผู้ทำรายการชำระเงินเดิมเท่านั้น และต้องแนบหลักฐานข้อผิดพลาดประกอบ

• Salvo Coins are non-refundable under normal circumstances. All purchases of digital coins are considered final once the transaction is completed.
• Refunds are only granted in cases where a verified system error or payment processing error has occurred (e.g. duplicate charges, failed transactions with funds deducted, or incorrect coin amounts credited).
• Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder who initiated the original transaction and must include evidence of the error.

Salvo Coins ทั้งหมดที่ซื้อแล้วถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนกลับเป็นเงินสดหรือขอคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณีปกติ ไม่ว่าจะใช้งานไปแล้วหรือยังไม่ได้ใช้งาน รวมถึงเหรียญที่ได้รับเป็นโบนัสจากโปรโมชัน การคืนเงินจะพิจารณาเฉพาะกรณีข้อผิดพลาดของระบบเท่านั้น

All Salvo Coin purchases are final. Coins cannot be exchanged back to cash or refunded under any normal circumstances, whether spent or unspent, including bonus coins from promotions. Refunds are only considered in cases of verified system or payment errors.

2. ระบุ ID บัญชีผู้ใช้ หรือ ชื่อผู้ใช้ (Username)
3. แนบหลักฐานการชำระเงิน หรือหมายเลขอ้างอิงการทำธุรกรรม (เช่น Omise transaction ID)
4. อธิบายรายละเอียดข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน (เช่น ถูกเรียกเก็บเงินซ้ำ, ทำรายการไม่สำเร็จแต่ถูกหักเงิน)
5. ทีมงานจะตรวจสอบและยืนยันข้อผิดพลาดภายใน 3 วันทำการ ก่อนดำเนินการคืนเงิน

1. Contact our support team via email at salvoball9@gmail.com.
2. Provide your Account ID / Username.
3. Attach the payment receipt or transaction reference number (e.g. Omise transaction ID).
4. Clearly describe the error that occurred (e.g. duplicate charge, transaction failed but funds were deducted).
5. Our team will investigate and verify the error within 3 business days before processing the refund.
